TEDxHanRiver 2011
What is TEDx?
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxHanRiver, where x=independently organized TED event. At our TEDxHanRiver event, both TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.

TEDxHanRiver 2011 Speakers:
What is TEDxHanRiver?
The Han River is one of the greatest historical significances of Korea. The Han River has been the source of inspiration for new ideas and businesses to blossom. It has also contributed to the establishment of the capital city of Korea, 'Han Yang,' which was later renamed as 'Seoul.'
The TEDxHanRiver would like to serve as the foundation for Koreans to communicate and share ideas across the Globe: our goal is to spread creative ideas, foster competent professionals, and to develop a strong community that will support Koreans to make great impact in today’s society.
We are proud to be the first culturally focused TEDx conference in the nation!
